📆✨DAY 3: (SUNDAY JULY 14, 2014. 1pm)✨: SPECIAL SEGMENT TO HONOR IYANIFA OSUN MONIFE DRUMMING TO OSHUN and YEMOJA “YEMAYA” CLOSING DINNER FEAST
1. OPEN TO ALL FAITHS and BACKGROUNDS (We do not discriminate, based on background and gender). The program is just more geared toward feminine energy ages 12-100 years of age. Men are welcome to attend the drumming on Day 3.
2. EVENT SCHEDULE (FRI-SUN):📋 ***Based on Eastern Standard Time in 𝐹𝐿𝒪𝑅𝐼𝒟𝒜
3. 🏖️The private BEACH HOUSE address in Pensacola, 𝐹𝐿𝒪𝑅𝐼𝒟𝒜 where the retreat will take place will be EMAILED only to REGISTERED IN PERSON ATTENDEES after Registration, but the location is about 30 minutes from the Pensacola Airport.
4. ♿️The facility isn’t wheelchair accessible, but we will do all we can to accommodate if you have a cane, walker, or wheelchair.
5. 🎟‼️ ADMISSION DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHT, TRANSPORTATION, and BOARDING.🛫🚖🏘
6. 😷Please do not book the in person tickets if you are not feeling well, have fever, Covid symptoms, or are recovering from any of the symptoms mentioned above.
7. GETTING TO PENSACOLA, 𝐹𝐿𝒪𝑅𝐼𝒟𝒜: 🛫 If you are traveling from out of town, the closest airport to Pensacola, 𝐹𝐿𝒪𝑅𝐼𝒟𝒜 is the Pensacola, Airport (PNS) ✈️which is about a 30 min drive to the Pensacola beach house event site depending on traffic.
8. GETTING TO THE RETREAT. 🏖🚕🚎The ride from Pensacola, Airport (PNS) ✈️ to the event location will be about 30 minutes depending on traffic. More info on exact location will be available in our interest meeting then our annual July registrant meeting on Zoom.
9. 🚙🚕Lyft, Uber, and Car rental are also other suggested options for social distance safety.
10. Info on nearby Airbnb and discounted rate hotels will be available in February.
11. WHAT TO PACK🎒:👗 ***Face Masks😷 ***Hand Sanitizer and Wipes ***White and light colored clothing (preferably dresses and skirts).🥼 ***Beautiful Goddess Attire and Dresses or anything that makes you feel beautiful and powerful.🥻 ***Belly Dance Sash🧞♀️ (optional) ***White Pajamas or Lounge wear🥼 **White Washcloth and Bath Towel🧖🏾♀️. ***House Slippers or Flip flops ***🎒Fanny pack or backpack to carry credit cards, ID, phone, keys etc **☂️Umbrella (In case of rain).
12. ***By purchasing registration, you are agreeing to not hold Adunola Fayemi, TG Hall, and associates of Guides and Goals LLC liable if you contract Covid 19, have an injury, or have a theft of property. Please guard your health, safety, and personal items carefully!
13. Sanitary measures and wiping will be in place as safety measures. CANCELLATION POLICY: If canceling due to Covid 19 test. Official Doctor’s Note or Covid test result will be needed to receive full refund. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 20, 2024. A credit for a future Guides and Goals and Daughters of the Water LLC event will be issued.
